Community Guidelines

Effective 1 August 2026Last updated 1 August 2026Version 1.0

Applies to: Everyone who posts, sells or buys on INFLX.

In short

Be real, say when something is paid or gifted, label images and video that AI made or changed, and never post anything unlawful. If you break a rule we act — a warning, a removal, a suspension or a closed account, depending on how serious it is. If we get it wrong, you can appeal.

1What INFLX is for

INFLX is a place where brands run campaigns, creators promote offers to their own followers, and shoppers buy through creator storefronts. These guidelines keep that useful and honest for everyone. They apply to brands, creators and shoppers alike, and cover what you post, what you sell, the reviews you write and how you treat other people. This version takes effect on 1 August 2026.

They are part of our Terms of Use. Breaking a guideline is breaking the terms. If something here is unclear, ask us at contact@inflx.in before you post, not after.

2Be authentic

The platform only works if numbers and opinions are real. So:

  • Do not buy followers, likes, views or comments, and do not use engagement pods, bots or click farms.
  • Do not fabricate or edit your audience or performance figures.
  • Do not write or arrange fake reviews, and do not review something you have not used.
  • Do not pose as an ordinary customer when you were paid, gifted or otherwise connected to the brand.
  • Do not create extra accounts, sell or rent your account, or use someone else's identity.
  • Do not place orders through your own storefront, or arrange for others to, in order to generate commission for yourself.

Where we find this, we can remove the content, reverse the commission it earned, and act on the account.

3Disclose paid promotions

If you were paid, gifted, discounted or otherwise connected to what you are promoting, say so. Put the disclosure where people will see it, before they read or watch the rest — not only in your bio, at the end of a post, or buried in hashtags.

This applies even when nobody asked you to mention the product and the opinion is genuinely your own. Your opinion should be honest and based on real experience of the product. If you give specialist advice about finance or health, say what qualifies you to give it.

The detailed rules on labels and placement are at Advertising Disclosure. The duty sits on the brand as well as the creator, and undisclosed endorsements can attract penalties under applicable Indian law.

4Declare AI-generated content

If any part of an image, video or audio you post was generated or meaningfully altered by AI, declare it when you upload and keep the label visible on the content. This covers fully AI-generated visuals, AI-generated product shots or models, altered faces and bodies, objects added or removed, and synthetic voiceovers.

Ordinary cropping, colour correction and standard filters do not need a declaration. Removing or hiding a label that has been applied is itself a breach.

Never use AI to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not, or to alter someone's face or body without their consent. That content is not allowed at all.

5Respect and safety

Disagreeing with someone is fine. The following is not.

  • Harassment, bullying, threats, or organising a pile-on against someone.
  • Hate speech, or attacking a person on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity or region.
  • Publishing someone's private information — address, phone number, documents — without their consent.
  • Sexual content, and anything that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child.
  • Sharing a person's intimate images, or morphed images of them.
  • Impersonating a brand, a creator or any other person.
  • Encouraging self-harm, dangerous stunts, or unsafe use of a product.

Brands are responsible for what is posted from their accounts and outlets. Creators are responsible for the comment sections they moderate on a paid campaign post.

6What you must not post

Do not post anything unlawful, obscene, harmful to a child, invasive of someone's privacy, or that infringes another person's intellectual property. Do not post anything that misleads about where it came from, impersonates someone, or is designed to damage a computer system.

The full list of content that may not be hosted or shared on INFLX is set out in our Terms of Use. Copyright complaints are handled separately — see Copyright.

7What happens if you break a rule

We look at what was posted, whether it seems deliberate, whether anyone was harmed, and what your history is. Then we act proportionately. Serious cases go straight to the bottom row.

What we doWhen
A warning telling you which rule was involved and what to change.A first, minor breach that looks unintentional.
We remove the post, listing, offer or review, and tell you why.The content breaks these rules, or a valid complaint or legal order requires removal.
We limit features or hold a payout for a period.Repeated breaches, or while we investigate suspected fraud or fake engagement.
We suspend the account. Campaigns stop and the storefront goes offline.Serious breaches, or repeated breaches after a warning.
We close the account permanently.Unlawful content, fraud, anything involving the exploitation of a child, or persistent breaches.

Unlawful content can attract penalty or punishment on you personally under applicable Indian law, and that liability is yours. Where the law requires an offence to be reported, we report it. We keep removed content and the related records for as long as applicable law requires.

8Reporting something, and appeals

Every post, listing, offer, review and profile on INFLX has a report option. Tell us the link, what the problem is and how to reach you — we need those details to act. You can also write to contact@inflx.in. Please do not use the report tool to attack a competitor; repeated bad-faith reports are themselves a breach.

If we remove your content or act on your account, we tell you which rule was involved and how to appeal, unless a legal order stops us. Reply to that notice and a different person will review the decision. If we were wrong, we put things back.
